The Agreement

This Agreement is between you the customer and Stadium Wembley Parking. By accepting this agreement you are confirming that you have read the terms and conditions and understood them. You have also confirmed that you have full authority to enter into this Agreement.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the services offered on it.


1 Booking and Reservation
1.1 Once your application and payment are received you will get a confirmation by email. This will contain your booking reference number and car park address.
1.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to print and present the booking confirmation to the attendant. Failure to do so may result in customers being refused entry to the car park and the booking fee will be non refundable. We will in an emergency accept confirmation via smart phone or by quoting the reference number allocated during your booking.
1.3 All maps and directions offered on this web site are used at the customer’s discretion. Stadium Wembley Parking is not responsible if the customer is unable to find the car park. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
1.4 Your reservation and booking confirmation cannot be transferred to another individual without our express consent.
2 Liability
2.1 We will endeavour to carry out our obligations and responsibilities under this agreement in return you must comply with the following conditions:
2.2 You are parking your vehicle(s) at your own risk. You must hold at least a valid “Third Party Fire and Theft Insurance” for your vehicle(s)
2.3 We will not be liable for any damage, loss theft, injury or death to you or your passengers and or your vehicle associated with this booking.
2.4 We will not be liable for any damages caused due to an act of negligence and omission on your part.
2.5 You or any third party will not hold the Company responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss including (but not restricted to) death, damage, destruction, loss, theft or injury arising out of or in connection with any act or omission of either the company or agent or representative acting on our behalf.
2.6 Parking space(s) are for the parking purposes only any other activity is strictly prohibited.
3 Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 Cancellations will only be accepted if notification is given up to 48 hours prior to the event day. Full refund minus 20% admin charge of the booking fee will be made. Any Cancellation due to any natural or non-natural cause or where Stadium Wembley Parking is not responsible for the event not taking place will also be charged a 20% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations must be notified by telephone or email.
Refunds will not be made for cancellations within 48 hours from the event day. There may be Exception to Cancellations only where late bookings are allowed before the event start time on the           event day.

4 Reservations
4.1 Reservations are on first come first served basis. On popular events we urge customers to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
4.2 Vehicles must comply with the following restrictions otherwise entry to the car park will be denied and no refund will be made.
A.    Cars - 1 to 7 seats
B.    Minibus - 1 to 17 seats

4.3 The car park is available for parking for a maximum of four hours before the event and a maximum of one hour after the event. More details of event timings will be stated on the booking form. The parking before the event may change to less then four hours on week days and for certain events. 
5 Payments
We accept most major debit and credit cards: Visa/Delta/Master/Switch and Maestro. However we do not accept American Express and Diners Card.
Our payment system for booking your parking space is perfectly safe. We use third party method and your details are never shared with anyone.
