1: How do I book a car parking space online?

Our online booking is very simple. It is an automated process and available 24 hours a day. From the home page select the event you want and click Book Now. Select the type and number of vehicles and proceed to card payment.  You can book for more than one car/minibus if you wish. 

From the "Quick Links" menu on home page click on "Register" tab and enter your details
Login with your registered username and password.
On the "Upcomimg Events select the event you want and Click "Book Now" tab
Select a car or mini bus and click on "Proceed"
Read the terms and conditions and click on the "I've read terms & conditions" box
Click on "Proceed to checkout"

On completing the payment you will receive a transaction status email showing your payment is authorised with an authorisation code.If the payment has not succeeded it will show "Declined". This could be due to typo error or what you typed is differnt to what your bank has for the bank card you are using. CHeck the details and login to our website and book again or try another bank card.

2: I am Unable to make payment online what should I do?

Please click on the Contact Us tab and send us an email about your query, otherwise please ring our helpline number 07958955104 between the hours of 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Please be aware that the helpline is not available on event days. 

3: What method of payment do you accept and is it safe?

We accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa/Delta/Maestro/Switch and MasterCard. However we do not accept American Express/Diners card. 

Our online payment system for booking is perfectly safe.  We process your payment via secure page. We use third party payment method and your details are never shared with us or anyone else. 

 4: How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once your booking has been processed and payment accepted you will receive an email confirmation. This email is your proof of purchase and parking booking ticket. It will also include your booking reference number, you must print off the email and present it to the parking attendant on arrival to the car park. 

Please make sure that you enter a valid email address and a mobile telephone number when registering on our web site so that as part of our post payment process we are able to send you the following emails and text message:

1.       A transaction confirmation email straight away showing the status of your transaction.

2.       A payment confirmation email that the payment has been successful.

3.       A booking confirmation email consisting of the parking pass, the address and the directions to our car park.

4.       A text message to your mobile phone to let you know that the above emails have been sent to you.

 

5: Is it necessary to print off the email confirmation?

Absolutely, as it will mean entry to car park much easier and quicker (especially at busy times). We will in an emergency accept confirmation via smartphone or by reference number allocated during your booking. 

6: Can I bring a different car to the one I booked?

Your booking is for vehicle and not the registration number. A minibus will be denied access to car park if you have booked for a car. You must inform us immediately if your requirement has changed. 

7: Do you send directions to the Car Park?

Detailed directions will be sent by email once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been accepted. You can also login to our web site and access the directions to the car park. 

8: How far is car park from Wembley Stadium?

We are eight minutes walk away from Wembley Stadium. Directions to the Stadium will be included in your email or you may ask the attendant on your arrival. If you need any other information please feel free to ask the attendant. 

9: What time does the car park Open/Close?

Opening and closing times will be clearly stated on your booking forms. As a general rule car park opens three hours before the event time and one hour after the event has ended. 

10: When can I get the full address of the car park.

After your booking you will be emailed the full address along with the directions to the car park. You can also login and obtain the address by clicking on the Location tab. 

11: Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations will only be accepted if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to the event day. Full refund minus 20% admin charge of the booking fee will be made. Cancellations must be notified by email or telephone. Refunds will not be made for cancellations less than 48 hours from the event day.
